1. Introduction

Welcome to DF DogFood (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://www.dogfood.com.my (the “Service”). Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Agreements.

2. Communications

By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing materials, and promotional information. You may opt out at any time (5 days before next subscription were charged) by emailing enquiry@dogfood.com.my.

3. Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud. DF DogFood is committed to maintaining high-quality, human-grade nutritional standards; as such, we prioritize product integrity over fixed price points during periods of extreme market volatility.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• 4.1 Recurring Charges: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize DF DogFood to charge your provided payment method at the frequency chosen (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

• 4.2 Maintenance of Subscription Rate: We aim to honor the original subscription rate for our loyal members as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

• 4.3 Payment Failures (The 3-Attempt Rule): Our system will attempt to process your recurring payment up to three (3) times. If the third attempt fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds, expired card, or bank rejection), your subscription will automatically lapse and be cancelled.

• 4.4 Reactivation: Once a subscription has lapsed, any subsequent reactivation will be treated as a new sign-up and will be subject to the current market pricing available at that time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment details are updated and sufficient funds are available.

5. Fee & Price Adjustments

• 5.1 Price Reviews: We reserve the right to review and adjust our pricing due to significant changes in operating costs, including but not limited to raw material inflation, fuel price surges, or global supply chain disruptions caused by international conflicts.

• 5.2 Explicit Consent for Increases: We will never automatically charge an existing subscriber a higher price without notification. If a price adjustment is required for your plan, we will notify you via email at least 14 days in advance.

• 5.3 Opt-in Requirement: You will be required to provide explicit consent to continue at the new rate. If consent is not provided or the new rate is declined, your subscription will be cancelled before the next billing cycle to ensure you are never charged an amount you did not agree to.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• 6.1 Perishable Goods (Fresh Pet Food): Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food and food safety regulations, no refunds or exchanges are allowed once an item has been shipped.

• 6.2 Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If an automated subscription payment is processed but the food has not yet been prepared/shipped, a refund may be requested. A processing fee of 5% of the total amount or RM20 (whichever is higher) will be deducted to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.

• 6.3 Cancellation Lead Time: To avoid unwanted charges, you must cancel your subscription plan at least 3 working days before your next scheduled renewal.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates national or international law, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service.

8. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of DF DogFood. Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this site. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
